Overview
Our sales tracking system has been built as an extension of our billing and commission tracking systems and it takes advantage of a combined set of applications.
Just like our other eCRM solutions, Sales tracking system has also been built with a specific task in mind to manage the retail operations of merchandizing or retail chains.
It was effectively used by a national merchandizing company to monitor and manage the performance of retail outlets' and the sales associates on the floor.

What is Sales tracking system?
This system consists of a set of applications that provide 4-tier sales tracking capability as below:
1- National tracking - This area is accessible by top-level users who are authorized to view the sales activity at all levels. Such users are usually national sales managers. Please check out the features table for a full list of options available.
2- Regional tracking - This area is for regional managers who are responsible for the sales activity of a number of outlets in a particular region. See features table for full list.
3- Outlet tracking - This area is for individual outlet managers who are responsible for the sales activity on the floor of a particular outlet. Outlet managers have access only to the sales activity of the associates for whom they are responsible. They also have tools to verify or reject the logged sales ticket items. 4- Associate tracking - This is the level for individual sales associates to register their sales and view their own performance statements. Please check out the features table for a full list of options available.
In a nut shell, our system is designed to oversee a retail operation and measure performance real-time at all levels.
