Overview

Just like the Online billing and payment system, we have developed this system for our own use as well.

The purpose of the commission tracking system is to dynamically calculate and monitor the commission payments for a sales force. The system also provides an interface for each sales rep to check their commission statements online.

What is Commission tracking system?

This system works in conjunction with Online billing and payment system and it consists of a set of applications that provide:

1- A rep interface for online account management - This a password protected area, which is accessible with a unique username and password by the sales rep/reseller. A menu full of options enable the sales rep/reseller to refer business, view commission statements, edit account details and more. Please check out the features table for a full list of options available.

2- An operator interface to process and manage accounts - This is for the operator for posting commissions, credits, debits, bulk processing of commission payments, reporting and many more. Briefly, the operator administers the entire rep/reseller and payment management related activities through this area. See features table for full list.

In a nut shell, our system designed to minimize the time required to manage a large rep/reseller base in all aspects while improving their experience and increasing productivity.
