Overview "Necessity is the mother of all inventions" said a great philosopher one day, which is the driving force behind our Online billing and payment system. 
We have developed this system for our own use to coop with our increasing work load to do our billing promptly and manage customer payments more effectively as a result of our rapidly growing customer base. When the work was completed, we not only minimized the time we had to invest on regular basis to manage our billing and collecttions but we also found several interested parties who needed such a system.
Who are ideal operators ?
This system consists of a set of applications that provide:
1- A customer interface for online account management - This a password protected area, which is accessible with a unique username and password by the customer. A menu full of options enable the customer to make payments online, change credit card details, view account statement, edit account details and more. Please check out the features table for a full list of options available. 2- An operator interface to process and manage accounts - This is for the operator for processing new charges, bulk processing of payments, issuing credits, reporting and many more. Briefly, the operator administers the entire customer and payment management related activities through this area. See features table for full list.
